It’s like having your own private beach house!!
This is Paradise, in your private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath large villa. Just a short walk to have your toes on the sand of the #1 white sand beach. This villa is on the beachside of Midnight Pass Rd, it’s a 3-minute walk to the wide, beautiful, private part of Siesta Key/Crescent beach. No roads to cross, easy to go back and forth from the villa to the beach. The villa is located on a private part of famous Siesta Key, no public crowds to deal with and no trying to find a parking spot.
Just walk out of your private villa and stroll up to the amazing beach. Beach chairs and lounge chairs are provided free of charge at the beach entrance. There are kayaks, paddle boards and clam shell loungers that can be rented right at the beach. You can grab a kayak or paddle board and launch it right into the beautiful gulf waters.
At night, walk along the beach, or take a drink to the beach and relax while enjoying the famous Siesta Key sunsets.
Adjacent to the living room is a large private lanai, perfect for lounging, meals, or morning coffee. We also have a private, newly brick paved, patio in the back of the villa where you can sit and relax outside.
You may also like to enjoy the Olympic size heated pool and the club house.
This private villa has a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. It also has a pull-out sofa sleeper. There are two full baths, both with walk in showers.
There are TV’s and WiFi in all rooms.
Everything that you need is provided, a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels and all linens.

Rates are based on 4 guests, add $25.00 per week, per additional guest.
Minimum one week rental. Saturday to Saturday only.
Owner’s cancellation policy:
100% refund of rent if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
50% refund of rent if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
Rent is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of rental period.
Full refund if able to re-book the dates.
Please consider purchasing trip/rental insurance to protect against any loss of payments.

Loved our visit to Siesta Key! This property was great! Loved the secure feeling with someone at the entrance checking to make sure that all of the cars coming in are supposed to be there. Very short walk to the beach! Condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax!

This little cottage is quite cozy. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was a huge closet with beach chairs, toys, skim boards, etc. The cottage is not right on the beach. However, there is beach access about a 5min walk from the cottage. I would not recommend staying in Siesta Key at a place without beach access during peak season, as the parking at the public beach was limited at best. Great pool (3 min walk) and a good place for families/kids.

This is the first of many family vacations. We definitely made memories that we will cherish, T.J. Was the best person, he works there and steered us in the right direction, answered all our questions. He was just overall the nicest guy and was good at his job.

The place is comfortable but not fancy. Quick walk to the beach. By the end of the week you feel like friends with the other people staying at the complex. Easy parking. Secure place but not a hassle to get in. Felt safe. We will for sure be back!

The villa floor plan was well laid out. Nice screened in porch for quiet mornings and evenings. Beachy and inviting decor. Beds were very comfortable. A great mid location to both ends of the key – the Village or Turtle Bay. Highly recommend. You can’t go wrong.

Loved that we could park right at our door & the private beach was perfect. Especially after seeing how packed the public beaches were. A lot has changed in SK since I was last there 10 yrs ago!
Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a few days & the owner was always quick with responses.
