This condo is only a few steps to the #1 beach. Walk out of the building and put your feet in the white sugary sand of beautiful Siesta Key beach. Beach lounge chairs are supplied free of charge right in front of the condo. There is also a very reasonable service at the beach entrance where you can have umbrellas and chairs set up for you and ready whenever you go to the beach.
This 5th floor condo has been completely renovated. All rooms have new ceiling fans, paint and new molding.
The living room has new, beautiful, slider doors that open to the lanai, all new furniture, a 55″ flat screen TV, cable and WiFi.
The kitchen is brand new, with new cabinets, new appliances, and granite counter tops. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything that the cook might need to make your stay comfortable. All new cookware, glasses, flatware, etc.
There are gorgeous Gulf views from the living room and both bedrooms. Lay in bed and open your eyes to the beautiful beach and waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
There are two suites with private baths. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed it the first bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms are completely renovated with brand-new walk-in showers, new vanity, toilet and lighting. With a split floor plan, each suite is on opposite sides of the condo, providing privacy for both suites. Both bedrooms have new slider doors that open to the screened lanai offering beautiful Gulf views.
Crescent Arms offers a picturesque pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are at the pool for your convenience.
A perfect place to spend a great vacation. Walking distance to market, ice cream, restaurants, cafe, 7-11, boat & bicycle rentals and shopping.
There are free jitneys and a trolley that will take you the length of the Key.
Crescent Arms complex is very close to “The Point of Rocks” where people love to search for shells and go snorkeling. A perfect outing to this more private peaceful part of Famous Siesta Key Beach.

Owner’s cancellation policy:
100% refund of rent if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
50% refund of rent if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
Rent is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of rental period.
Full refund if able to re-book the dates.
Please consider purchasing trip/rental insurance to protect against any loss of payments.

We loved being steps from the beach. Had breakfast and lunch at the condo, while enjoying our days at the beach. In the evening, Siesta Village was just a short trolley ride, to have dinner.
The condo was clean, had everything we needed. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed have everything you would need if you wanted to. Traveling with older teens, young adults and having a bathroom in each bedroom worked perfectly!!!
We would 100% stay here again!!!

It was better than the photos! LOVED the 3 patio doors, one in each bedroom and 1 in family room, all ocean facing. Left them open the whole time and enjoyed ocean breezes and sounds.
Condo was well stocked, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was great and easy to cook in. Ruth was very available and responsive. Definitely will recommend. The beach was all its cracked up to be. No shortage of chairs or sand to safely spread out on. The key was easily explored… we walked alot. Found restaurant gems and shops all over! Siesta Key has its own style and we’re glad to have experienced it. Our college aged kids loved it too. Something for everyone! We just left, and miss it already.
