Located just north of the Stickney Point bridge, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just steps from Siesta Key Beach! Located on ground level, right next to the pool! Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have queen beds. The condo includes a full kitchen with refrigerator & dishwasher. Television with basic cable and wireless internet is also included.

Included with your private beach access are complimentary umbrellas & beach chairs & beach concierge 7 Days A Week. There are two heated pools – one on the gulf side one on the bay side, both handicap accessible. Two tennis courts, gas grills in the picnic areas, and a Bayside Clubhouse with a computer, printer & Wi-Fi access.  The fitness room includes two treadmills, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, all purpose machine and free-weights.

Boat Slip

The boat slip is located on the Bayside Canal and available for rent ($100/week or $300/month). The slip will accommodate up to a 30′ Boat.  There is no boat launch on the property, the nearest boat launch is a little less than 3 miles south of us at Turtle Beach. Boat Trailers cannot be left on property, please call nearby boat storage: CB’s Saltwater Outfitters for info regarding storing your trailer there 941-349-4400

Rent is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of rental period.
