GULF FRONT—- Beautiful turn key 2nd floor condominium located on the pristine beaches of Siesta Key. Voted the finest sand in the world. It doesn’t get any better than this! The condominium is Full Gulf Front. You can view the water/beach while lying in bed from both bedrooms as well as from the living/dining area. You are actually over and on top of the beach. Walk out onto your balcony from either bedroom and the living/dining area that overlooks Beautiful Crescent beach. There are two bedrooms, two baths with an on-site heated pool, gas grills, beach loungers, laundry, and private wifi.

Cathy has thought of everything you might need on your vacation with the unit featuring all necessary amenities including; dishwasher, stereo, flat screen televisions, blender, linens, towels, and many more items.

Stayed here for a second time

We stayed here last October and loved it. The view is the best. Lanai is about 32 feet long, so you have a view from living room and each bedroom. Kathy happened to be down that week we were here, so we got to meet her. She’s a very friendly and helpful person. This year we came down again in the middle of October. Kathy was only here on on last day, but stopped by to say hello. We caught up on our new grandchildren. We can’t wait to come back again next October. The amenities are great. Kathy got a new heavier umbrella for the beach this year, so my husband could spend more time on the beach. Her kitchen is well stocked as for dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. Bed in master very comfortable It was only the two of us, so I don’t about the second bedroom. I’m sure they were fine too.

Best View On Siesta Key

My wife and I stayed here in October. From the start Cathy was fantastic to deal with. Very informative, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The unit was very clean, spacious and well decorated with everything you would need for a week stay. The location was perfect right in the middle of Siesta Key. The views were amazing. Waking up every morning with unobstructed views of the Gulf was amazing and the sunsets at night were priceless. The development and its staff was very nice and helpful. There were grills outside to grill on and a pool. Only downer was no fitness center. But walking on the beach was even better for a guy from Ohio. The beach was great. Would highly recommend staying at Cathy’s Crescent Condos for the view, cleanliness, decor and pleasantness of Cathy.

Great condo, great private beach, close to great restaurants too. Had a really nice time. Very relaxing!

Clean, beautiful and worth it.

We stayed in one of Kathy’s 2 condo’s the week after the 4th of July and LOVED it. We had the second floor condo and it felt like we were right on the beach. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony and even more enjoyable out on the beach. The beach is clean and has a very soft powder feel. If you’ve been to the Destin beaches in the panhandle and like that sand, you’ll love this sand. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The area has many great restaurants or the condo has gas grills downstairs or a very functional full kitchen. Finally, for the price there’s not a better deal with a direct view of the surf on Siesta Key.

This condo was awesome and provided us with a great vacation spot.

Upon entering this condo, my husband and I both said, “Wow!” It was bright, cheery, and the ocean view was the best. We rented this for our daughter and her family, but wished we would have gotten this one instead for ourselves.
The owner, Kathy, was most helpful in the rental process and a joy to work with.
This was a beautiful vacation and our three little Granddaughters will have lasting memories of the fun on the beach.
