Great condo with a nice view of the beach just steps away. Would go back in a second!

My cousin and I spent a week in this condo in January 2016 and based on that great experience, decided to come back in January 2017. The condo is in such a central location for us, allowing us to spend time exploring the Sarasota/Siesta Key area and run over to the Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Cape Coral areas where we met with friends and other relatives. Having our own separate bathrooms/bedrooms allowed us to get ready faster in the mornings, as well as some separate rest and recoup time if the other cousin wanted to be in the living room. We love the lanai – so relaxing, great breeze and great view of the beach, we saw dolphins on two mornings – very exciting. Everyone at the property is very helpful and friendly. Time on the beach walking down to Point of Rocks, collecting shells, relaxing in the condo, day trips and trips to local restaurants for great seafood, made for such a great vacation – again! We hope to return in 2018 – Thanks Elaine!

I stayed at this Crescent Arms condo the first week of February 2014. The weather was fabulous….80 – 85 degrees for the first 5 days! The condo is very nice and updated with granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The condo is very close to the elevator and laundry room, but there was no noise to bother me. The proximity to the sand is second to none. I went to the beach every day that it was sunny. I liked this condo because it is only 7 floors, I believe, and is waterfront. You can see the gulf from all of the rooms and the balcony. The owner had beach towels and towels in the bathrooms for me to use. There was also toilet paper and individual soap in both bathrooms! The condo is close to Publix grocery stores to buy supplies, and to The Broken Egg for breakfast. Thank you for a great stay! I’ll be back. 🙂

This was our first time to stay on a beach, we are sure glad we choose Siesta Key, it was so gorgeous. The condo was so beautiful and very clean. Our vacation was decided real quick. We just retired and decided to go to Florida, the owner was very gracious in helping us make our vacation a paradise. I hope we can go again and be able to stay at Siesta Key.

We had a wonderful break from Winter 2014 in this comfortable, very well-located condo right on Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. Everything was as presented and we had a great time touring and vegging in comfort. The condo is less than a mile from the south Key bridge and right on the beach! You can walk to shopping and a few restaurants, but most importantly, you can walk the beach forever. You will not be disappointed!

We just got back from our best vacation in Siesta Key. We usually come down a couple a times a year to visit friends and we always stay in Sarasota. This time we stayed right on the beach in Siesta Key and we absolutely loved it. The condo was perfect for the two of us. I loved waking up every morning having my coffee and checking my emails on the balcony with a wonderful view of the gulf and the beach. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. Also, it was a pleasure working with Elaine, couldn’t have gone any better. Thanks. Kim & Jeff
