MY FAMILY HAS BEEN STAYING AT THIS LOCATION NOW FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 YEARS. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT 5 STARS IS BECAUSE 10 IS NOT ONE OF THE OPTIONS. I HAVE TRAVELED TO SEVERAL BEACHES AND STAYED IN MANY DIFFERENT CONDOS. NOTHING COMPARES TO THIS PLACE. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE AND JUST LITERALLY A FEW STEPS AWAY FROM THE AWESOME WHITE SAND ON THE PRETTIEST BEACH IN THE U.S. I WISH THEY WOULD ALLOW ME TO RATE THE OWNERS. THE OWNERS ARE FANTASTIC. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY AND WANT TO HELP MAKE YOUR VACATION THE BEST VACATION EVER.

They say in real estate it’s all about location, location, location. And that holds true for this spot! Literally steps to the beach. The owner was very helpful when we had questions and even called to check up on us to be sure everything was going well. The property was very clean and beautiful.

Our first family vacation with our 2 1/2 year old and we couldn’t have been happier! This condos location is awesome! Literally just steps away from the beach! So nice and Convenient when you have a toddler to not have to worry about packing everything up and down stairs and can come in at any time when need a break from the sun! The condo was beautiful and clean and the owners are so easy to work with and fast to respond to any questions! Also close to Siesta Key village with a lot of shops and restaurants! They also have nice grill areas if you would rather cook than go out! We will definitely be back!! Thanks so much Joan!

We have been coming to this condo for 5 years now. Couldn’t dream of staying anywhere else on this property! When the listing says beach front, that’s exactly what it is! The unit is very spacious, well decorated, nicely furnished and extremely clean! Joan and Paul are top notch owners who take pride in their place(s) and your stay! Great places within walking distances to eat, get ice cream, rent bikes, scooters, shopping and boating. We would highly recommend this condo! Looking forward to next year!

I was fortunate enough to spend 5 days at this incredible property while on a golf trip with a long time friend who wanted to check out the courses near Siesta Key. What impressed us the most during our trip turned out to be the condo we stayed at and not the golf courses. This place was immaculately clean and impeccably furnished!! The decor was exceptionally tasteful to every detail … exceeding some of the 5 star hotels that I’ve stayed in over the years. The rooms are spacious and perfectly laid out.
The bedrooms provided privacy, an extremely comfortable mattress, clean fresh linens, cable TV … and one of which had a walk in shower/bathroom while the other had a full bath conveniently across the hall. The living area was furnished with “show room” quality furniture that was supple for relaxation while watching the big screen TV … or having good, relaxing conversation. Off the living room was a fully enclosed Lanai, that was adjacent to and overlooked the magnificent Siesta Key beach with its white, sugar grained sand (almost like confectionery sugar) and breath taking sunsets. We spent a lot of time there to rejuvenate.
The kitchen is full with all the necessary appliances and utensils needed for your needs and convenience (range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cutlery, etc.)… again clean and modern. The dining area off the kitchen is furnished with a stylish dinette set that seats 6 comfortably … which we utilized for breakfast every day and a steak dinner that we cooked on one of the Crescent Arms gas grills that are provided on the property.
One last feature to this condo is its location. You are right on the beach! No walking miles to enjoy the sun and water this beautiful private beech has to offer on the Gulf. Yet you are within minutes of top notch shopping, restaurants and bars … clearly the best of both worlds.
I really can’t say enough about the quality, comfort and attention to detail that Crescent Arms provided to us, but I guarantee that a stay at Crescent Arms will far exceed your expectations … it sure exceeded mine … even if my golf game didn’t.

Joan & Paul rendered a pleasant experience in renting/scheduling that should be a model for anyone attempting the uncertainties of looking for the just-right place. Joan’s courteous and amiable response and her experience in assistance made this truly pleasurable. There condo is indeed a trip to paradise, with Siesta Key rightfully holding the bragging rights to achieving their No.#1 beach title. The up-dated unit is very bright & colorful, Floridian decor and all the comforts of home. We felt very secure at this complex, in that they appear to have all the necessary and current surveillance for our protection. As for the world renowned beach–it’s a very unique experience and joy to walk the soft, white powdery sands of Crescent beach.
Whether it’s just lounging on the beach, enjoying the marvelous sunset’s, walking the shore-line, re-charging your life, feasting on super island culinary, or romantic solitude on the lanai—this place has it all.
A referral does no justice, but a visit does–so treat yourself-it’s awesome, & I will return.

My husband and I have stayed in this same condo every year for the past 5 years. The condo is perfect, the location is superb, and the beach is awesome! You walk out of the porch right onto the white sand and can watch the sunset every night. We absolutely love it! The owners are very cordial and want to make sure everything is alright.
Unfortunately, we are having to stay in another one of their condos this year due to date conflicts; however, I am confident it will be just as wonderful as this one.

My husband and I were there for a week and it was so relaxing that we are looking to return. Just steps away from the beach. The decor was so nicely done. You felt so comfortable being there. So much nicer than being in a hotel. The weather was perfect. So easy to get around. There is so much to do. While we were there we found some real great places to eat and shop near the movie theater.
