Welcome to our friendly beachfront Sea Crest complex, the perfect location to relax and unwind.
We are located on the southern end of Siesta Key Beach, the famous beautiful barrier island, just west of Sarasota Florida.
Come and enjoy this uncomplicated natural paradise, with a tropical atmosphere and our beautiful, white sandy beach, all just waiting for you!

This ground floor condo is very comfortable, clean, up to date, with one bedroom, one bath with a fully equipped kitchen.
The back entrance door has no steps.

You will love the living room, with all La-Z-Boy comfortable furniture, and the latest leather sofa bed for comfortable sleeping.
There’s a 55-inch Sony 4K smart TV with many channels and free Netflix.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size GE stove, a Bosch dishwasher and granite counter tops.

Amenities include hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker, towels and linens, access to a shared coin operated laundry room and on-site management.
There is a gas grill behind the unit, and by the beach, there are two gas grills, tables, a cabana and a comfortable patio lounging area.

The patio area is the perfect spot to watch the spectacular sunsets, along with other friendly visitors, each evening.
The year-round heated pool is nearby and there’s a shuffleboard court for your fun.

Just steps away is our private beach where we provide two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, from about 8 am to 4 pm daily. Two beach towels are provided for your enjoyment as well.

Just a short walk away from the condo are restaurants, bars, a grocery store, bike rentals and boat rentals.

If you wish to visit the public beach, Turtle beach, the village, even downtown Sarasota, leave your car parked at the complex and use the free trolley nearby, accessed on Midnight Pass Rd.

Siesta Key’s public open-air trolley (Route 77 Siesta Islander) is free for all riders.

2025 Rates for Sea Crest Unit 24

January 1 – April 30 … $2,700 per week, (Saturday to Saturday only)
May 1 – December 31… $2,020 per week, (Saturday to Saturday only)

Additional information about rental rates.
Fees:
Plus 13% tax.
The rates include cleaning charges and the resort fee.

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Rates are based on 1 or 2 guests, add $25.00 per week, per additional guest.
Max. occupancy: 4

Minimum one week rental. Saturday to Saturday only.
Reservations require a $500 advance deposit. Full payment is due two weeks prior to your arrival.
We accept payment by credit card only. No personal checks or cash can be accepted.
A service charge of 3% will be applied to all credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be done in writing (or email) 61 days prior to arrival with a $300.00 forfeit of the down payment.
If cancellation occurs after 61 days, the entire $500.00 deposit will be forfeited.
Failure to cancel 14 days in advance will incur the full amount to be charged to your credit card.
NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR DELAYED ARRIVAL.
There are no refunds for cancellations due to acts of God.
Please consider purchasing trip/rental insurance to protect against any loss of payments.
No pets are allowed on the property.
