Great opportunity to enjoy ocean front living. Our family of five enjoyed a great vacation at this property. We have been to Siesta Key many times and stayed at various places. We would highly recommend this property.
The view is amazing, what a way to wake up each morning and start your day. It is quiet and peaceful being off the ground floor. It is a well appointed condo and exceeded our needs.
With three teenage girls it can be challenging to meet all their needs. Mission accomplished, we will return and enjoyed our memories created as a family.

I was a little nervous renting through the internet (it was my first time) but this condo is exactly as stated in the listing. The lanai view is breathtaking. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. I especially liked not having to haul beach chairs down to the beach – the complex provides both chairs and loungers for you. This is just a wonderful place to stay. We hope to be back!

The lanai was a gorgeous place to enjoy the ocean sights and sounds! It was a wonderful place to stay at a fair price! Would go again!

We just returned from a week long stay after Christmas and it was wonderful. The condo has a beautiful south facing view of the ocean with nice patio furniture (high table provides a great view). The beds were very comfortable and our family prefers twins for the second room as my teenagers don’t like to share a bed. We didn’t use the pool (it looked nice enough) because we had record highs for December and the ocean was 76-77 degrees! The kids enjoyed fishing and playing on the beach. The condo complex was full (as expected for the holiday) chairs were a little hard to come by, but we went out early to grab a couple. Never had a long wait for the elevator. Loved not having to carry keys to access the rooms and complex, super with the teens coming and going. If I had only one minor issue was In The mornings I get up super early and both husband and kids sleeping, afraid I would wake them by using the restrooms located in each of the bedrooms, but that would certainly not stop me from renting there again. The location was great! The proximity to the bridge limited the travel time around town. The owners were great to work with! Loved our stay.

The location of this condo was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and short drive to many stores and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and sat on the screened porch overlooking the ocean every chance we got. Ours girls 20 and 22 loved walking on the beach everyday saving all the starfish and hermit crabs that were washing up on the beach from a storm. We are looking forward to returning again in the near future and hopefully for two weeks. Thanks Tracy and Pavan for the perfect week.

This condo is on the side of the building, set back from the front. It affords beautiful views looking south on the golf. It’s very nicely appointed, and the owners, Tracy and Pavan, provided everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
Their information packet gave great suggestions for eating and activities. The beds were comfortable and the unit was extremely clean. We hope to return at some point in the near future!
