The 6th floor oceanfront condo was everything we hoped for. An extended family reunion was easily facilitated at Crescent Arms & its’ location on this beautiful beach was ideal. The condo was clean and accommodating. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of a large living room. The living room could use an additional chair in the seating arrangement…we found we were often short a place to sit. The twin bed bedroom has a door on it to the living area and has its’ own bathroom. The king bedroom does not. The master bathroom is off a small hallway directly across from the master bedroom & both rooms have pocket sliding doors. This hallway is in view of the living room & kitchen. If the stay includes additional persons & a need for complete privacy with the master bathroom, this could be an issue. The oceanfront location is ideal for capturing wonderful breezes, great beach walks & unbelievable sunsets. The unit porch is screened & stretches the entire length of the condo.

We stayed here in August for a week with our pre-teen and teenage children. The condo was perfect! Everything we needed was there, the beach chairs and toys were especially great! The kitchen was stocked, we had plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room. The beach was awesome, the sand the best I’ve ever seen. The location was great, close to the village and close to shopping in Sarasota. We would definitely stay here again!!

The weather was perfect. The water was clean and warm. The sand was the softest and whitest I’ve ever seen. Shopping and restaurants were very close by. The view from the room was surreal. The room had everything we needed for our week stay. We are returning Sept for our honeymoon.

We stayed in this fabulous condo the week of April 22, 2018. Three rooms open to a huge screened-in lanai overlooking the beach and the gulf. The view from every room in this sparkling clean condo is breathtaking. Also, it is in a perfect location; there are many restaurants, a grocery store, ice cream parlor and many shops nearby and within walking distance. The owner is hands-on and is happy to answer all of your questions and concerns. We highly recommend it!!

As soon as you open the door the view hits you. It is amazing. The condo is clean, and has everything you could need to cook or drink on the balcony. There is a grill that is located to the side of the tower which is convenient and easy to use. Booking was easy, I highly recommend the condo. This location is nice for family. You can have a few days at the beach, and drive over to Orlando for a day trip to Universal or Disney. There is also a nice shopping/food district in the Village. The trip was wonderful all around.

Upon entering this condo, my husband and I both said, “Wow!” It was bright, cheery, and the ocean view was the best. We rented this for our daughter and her family, but wished we would have gotten this one instead for ourselves.
The owner, Kathy, was most helpful in the rental process and a joy to work with.
This was a beautiful vacation and our three little Grandaughters will have lasting memories of the fun on the beach.

We stayed in  601-S. condo (for the second time – so you know we loved it!) for 3 weeks in Nov/Dec. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. Great spot for watching the glorious sunsets. The condo has everything one needs, the split BR design makes it perfect for two couples. On arrival we found all the little necessities – dish detergent, handsoap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Great not to have to run out and shop for these items! Shopping is close, either at the Crescent Beach Grocery or at the Publix across the bridge. There are restaurants, (try Cap’t Curt’s Tike Bar) a 7/ll and a Davidson’s Drugstore just a few hundred yards down the road. You really don’t need to leave the island. But do – Sarasota has lots to offer. The Gulf Gate area adjacent to the Publix is a great area to explore for little eateries, bakeries and more. We hope to be able to come again!
