This two-bedroom condo is luxuriously furnished with all the necessary amenities. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and a sleeper sofa is in the living room. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs and a snack bar. Included are two remote control TVs, 2 DVD's, stereo, WiFi Internet, air-conditioning, telephone,
answering machine, fans in the bedrooms, all linens, and bath and beach towels. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home, everything from corkscrew to blender. A laundry room is located just a few steps away near the elevator. The heated pool is close by.

Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Max 6. Charge of $75.00/week for each additional person. 1 Week minimum.
12% Florida Tax & $400 Security Deposit required.

Payment is accepted in the form of US Travelers' Checks, Cashiers Check,  Money Order or Cash. Personal checks are accepted if written on a US Bank, and received four weeks prior to arrival.
Sorry we do not accept Credit Cards.

Cancellations: Deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurs. However, should you have to cancel your reservation, the deposit may be applied to another rental in the course of the year, subject to availability.
